TLVDB is a comprehensive Architectural Design + Build firm based in Golden, BC. We specialize in remodeling projects as well as commercial spaces and new construction. We offer one unified flow of work from start to finish and will accompany you as we execute your vision from the initial concept all the way through to handing you the keys.

In addition to our design duties, we oversee every step of the process from start to finish. We handle budgeting and scheduling, securing necessary permits and dealing with countless things that will inevitably come up along a long and complex construction process. We deal with everything, so you don't have to. To top it off we guarantee the quality of our work for 2 years after it's completion.

Being passionate designers who are also building science geeks allows us to push the limits of our design while staying grounded in reality and design responsibly in order to extract the most architectural impact for any given budget, while at the same time being invested in the design makes us strive for the highest level of craftsmanship and execution. The result of the Design+build model means our clients get better value, better service and better design. 

Being a Canadian firm with international roots originating in Israel, our design methodology strongly emphasizes and places the human experience at it's core. As such, each design is an exercise of merging the best from both worlds, honoring Canadian mountain culture while at the same time infusing it with the vibrant, modern and eclectic design aesthetics of Tel Aviv.

Based in Golden, BC, TLVDB was founded by Architect Gili Keselman in 2019 after immigrating to Canada from Israel.

Gili has been designing professionally since 2014 when he graduated with his degree from the faculty of Architecture & Town Planning at the Technion in Haifa, Israel. He started his architecture career working for some of Israel’s most well known and respected firms, from Knafo-Klimor Architects, an award winning firm dedicated to the development of sustainable architecture and pioneering a humanistic approach in design, to Bar-Orian Architects, specializing in Urban Renewal of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, restoring and integrating old historical buildings with new construction to fuse together a multi layered urban environment that is the backbone of Israeli Metropolitan core.

Working as an Architect in Tel-Aviv, with it's unique urban environment acting as a backdrop for a joyful and vibrant way of life, has influenced Gili and inspired the firms approach to design, it's functionality and aesthetics, as it aspires to integrate the best of both worlds.
